WEEK 12: LAST EFFORT, LET'S C-RUSH IT!

Learning to dribble, using different surfaces of the foot. Learning to change speed and direction. Learning to engage a defender to create and find open space.
Goal: Help players to anticipate the ball which translates to quicker decision making on the field.

And here we are! Last week of our program. Now is time to check how much you improved after working hard and consistently through these weeks. Go through the work out early in the week and finish strong by doing the fitness test. Let us know your results! We are looking forward to knowing how you did!

The focus this week is on improving speed! Moving as fast as possible in the goal will result in making more saves. The best goalkeepers work efficiently in the box and attack the ball! Put the work in and focus on doing everything at maximum speed.

These drills are designed to incorporate both feet, to help you improve your ball control with both your left and right foot. Being able to use both feet will benefit your game, and help you improve faster. Goal: When you reach the point of being able to do whatever you want with the ball; you will have more fun playing the game.

Speed on your feet is something really important for a soccer player on and off the ball. In this work out we will challenge your speed. 7 exercises to perform as fast as you can. Are you the fastest FITTER player? Let us know! Have fun!

So, we know that the beautiful game was invented in England, but what about ‘Soccer’? We don’t mean the sport itself, but the word. Why do we call it Soccer while most of the world calls it Football?

You’re in the driver’s seat! Leadership and Influence start with YOU being your best. Then you can lead and influence others to be their best. In this training you’ll learn several must have traits of a great leader and the most effective ways to influence others.

BRAVER W11

Focus on getting set before every shot and having your body balanced. Regardless of where you are moving from to make the save, when you get set have your weight forward and body balanced. Move quickly to get set, but be settled and calm as you are making the save. You are in control!
