This week’s focus is on bettering your skills on the ball. Juggling will improve your single leg strength and balance, while strengthening your ankles and knees. Ball Mastery practice will allow you to take more touches of the ball and manipulate it with the different parts of your feet to protect the ball better and dribble past players with it.
Goal: The objective is to help players gain more confidence on the ball as they are now more comfortable and knowledgeable of how to control it.
And here we are! Last week of our program. Now is time to check how much you improved after working hard and consistently through these weeks. Go through the work out early in the week and finish strong by doing the fitness test. Let us know your results! We are looking forward to knowing how you did!
