Week 4 and we keep training at home, no matter the rain nor the snow! This workout will ask you to perform as many repetitions as possible in 1 minute. What's your highest score?

Week 5! Almost halfway. With this Challenge you will work on your coordination and power to perform better on the field. Do as many repetitions as you can within 30 seconds per exercise.

Is there anything more awesome than seeing a player dribble past 3,4,5 defenders?! Well, these players did it so many times! My favorite was Diego Maradona. Who’s yours?!

SMARTER W5: BEST SAVES - FLY LIKE THE KARATE KEEPER!

Ok, I did say that Steve Hyuga was my favorite cartoon character because he could shoot so powerfully he would break the net of the goal, but this keeper Richard Tex Tex was so cool too! He was also black belt in karate so he could make himself bounce in the crossbar to make saves! How awesome is that?! Can you do his move? I want to see it! Careful, we don’t want to break anything at the house!
