One more level up and now it’s 35 minutes! Week 5! Remember to send me your videos for feedback. Plus I’ll be choosing the best of the week! And if you’re ready for the next challenge, try the workout from the next division as well! Go Rush!

This week, we will let the coin decide your work out. Be ready to face the challenge. We will combine strength and endurance exercises. You will have few rounds of a full minute work followed by 30 seconds of rest. Give your best in each minute as the results at the end will have a positive impact on your performance on the field!

Are you ready? We are going to need your full attention! Concentrate, pay attention to the details and find the seven differences! Send us a screenshot and show us where they were! But hey! Shhhh… Don’t let the others know!

Halfway through! Week 4 and here's our 20 minute at home soccer workout. We are going to practice bettering your skills on the ball. Once you have this workout down, try the workout from the next division! Go Rush!

FITTER W4 | SOCCER STRENGHT WORKOUT | FOLLOW ALONG | MICRO DIVISION

This week, we will challenge your strength endurance by doing all the repetitions of all the exercises as fast as you can. Make sure you always keep good form. See first the exercises and plan a strategy to go through all of them including periods to rest. The player in best shape will score high, but only gurus on strategy will reach the top. We look forward to seeing your performance!
