RUSH VIDEO ANALYSIS
Video is a very powerful educational tool that has luckily become more accessible to youth soccer clubs. We are recording more, and that’s great, but how much are we getting from these videos? Most of the time, not much. The problem relies on time and expertise. Coaches and professionals of the soccer industry are busy people, and we struggle to find the time to break these videos down and make the most out of them. As dedicated coaches, we would love to break them all down and use fragments for individual development plans, for example, but this is just not feasible timewise, and technologies that break it down have improved but, apart from being very expensive, are still not capable of replacing the technical eye of an experienced coach.
Rush Video Analysis is a service that RSD created to solve this problem. Our team of video analysts, integrated by professionals that have worked from recreational to national team level for some of the top soccer countries in the world, breaks down your footage adjusting the observation to the topics taught in the Rush Curriculum, complementing on the field training and helping reinforce concepts.
The service operates through a ticketing system depending on membership size that provides flexibility to RSD+ clubs as far as how to utilize it based on their preferences and needs. A portfolio of age specific and methodologically aligned products frames the service. The table below reflects the approach:

MEET THE VIDEO ANALYSIS TEAM
Born in the US and raised in South America, Raul Tieffenberg is Rush Soccer’s Performance Analysis Manager and has a wide background in soccer, playing his entire youth and college years in Argentina and Chile until graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. As a coach, he got his Technical Director License in Argentina and worked with different professional coaching staffs as lead analyst, including C.A. Velez Sarsfield, where he worked alongside coaches like Mauricio Pellegrino and Gabriel Heinze. Apart from Rush Soccer’s Performance Analyst, he’s one of FC Cincinatti’s scouts for South America.
Born and raised in Argentina Pablo Gramaglia is a performance analyst specializing in scouting and data. He has been working in soccer for 20 years and in the last 10 years in First Division Teams in Argentina. Through the years he has supported international teams from Europe, Central America, and South America. Passionate about education he has taught in the National Coaches Course in Argentina. Married and father of a daughter he currently lives in Cordoba Argentina.
