Ready, Set, Go! We kick off the Summer Edition of the Train @ Home Program, starting next Tuesday, June 8th! That’s right, get ready for our eight weeks program. Train your ball mastery, fitness, game understanding, mental toughness, and goalkeeping skills. Get BETTER, FITTER, SMARTER, TOUGHER, and now also get BRAVER!

Visit our Train @ Home Program every week, find your age group and complete your weekly sessions and quizzes. Some assignments will include recording a short video of yourself training. Make sure you wear some Rush gear! Then click in the button right below your weekly sessions that says “Share your FITTER/BETTER video”. That will take you to a WeTransfer account that will allow you to upload the video straight from your phone or computer. Make sure you add your full name, club, and team in the body of the message.
Every week we will be announcing the winners of the previous one! As we do so, you’ll be featured in both the T@H platform and Rush Soccer’s National social media, and our staff will reach out to you to give you your award. Keep training! No matter the rain, the snow, or the heat of the summer!
NEW BRAVER TRACK FOR GOALKEEPERS!
Led by Rush Soccer’s Global Goalkeeping Director, Sean Connors, the Braver Track will improve Goalkeepers handling, diving, footwork, and power! You will be pushed with difficult challenges that will test your agility and force you to grow as Goalkeeper.

This drill is designed to help you improve your ball control. This is a great drill to help you develop the ball control that will enable you to cut and change direction quickly. Goal: When you reach the point of being able to do whatever you want with the ball; you will have more fun playing the game.
Speed on your feet is something really important for a soccer player on and off the ball. In this work out we will challenge your speed. 7 exercises to perform as fast as you can. Are you the fastest FITTER player? Let us know! Have fun!

And here we are! Last week of our program. Now is time to check how much you improved after working hard and consistently through these weeks. Go through the work out early in the week and finish strong by doing the fitness test. Let us know your results! We are looking forward to knowing how you did!
