After reaching and recording the impressive 7364 juggles, the highest record ever reported by a Rush Player, 10 year old Aaleena Benner from HI Rush told us how she managed to develop her unbelievable juggling skills, her goals from now on, and left a special message for the Rush Nation!
Hundreds of Rush Players continue to break their own records and we keep receiving a lot of videos showing improvement on a daily basis! But no one (yet) has reached the amazing record from Aaleena Benner.
Aaleena, who plays for Hawaii Rush on the 2010 Girls Team, believed in her abilities and kept working until she reached the first place on our Elite Division Leaderboard with 7364 Keep Ups/Juggles. After such an amazing mark, we wanted to hear from her!
Aaleena sees the game as a great way to push herself while having lots of fun: “I practice every day and the more I practice, the better I get! I love playing soccer and I have a lot of friends”.
- Do you like playing for Hawaii Rush? Do you find it challenging? “Yes, because we do a lot of fitness and running and extra scrimmages so it can help us when we play against other teams on the weekends”.
- Which is your favorite juggling skill? “The Crossover”.
- Who is the soccer player you admire the most? “Megan Rapinoe!”.
- Is there anything you would like to say to the Rush Nation? “Keep up the good work and your goals will be achieved!”.
A big THANK YOU to Walter and Lehua, Aaleena’s parents, who kindly agreed to make this interview and are key on her development as a soccer player and as a person.
