Pablo Toledo is Rush Soccer’s Sporting Project & Coaching Education Director, as well as the co-founder and Technical Director of Palm Beach Rush Soccer Club. Apart from a highly licensed and experienced professional in coaching and physical education, he is a graduated Economist with a Master’s degree in Project Evaluation. In his current role, he leads a team of professionals that focuses on the continual enhancement of Rush Soccer’s player development approach and the worldwide implementation of the Rush Way. Pablo has been distinguished for his work designing and implementing a Sporting Project in several occasions by being invited to present at events like the USC Convention.
Chris Rue is Rush Soccer’s Futsal Director and also a co-founder of Palm Beach Rush Soccer Club. As a coach, he started his career as an assistant at his alma mater, FIU in 1996, where they lost in the NCAA Div 1 National finals. This was a valuable experience that he leans on to this day. With the birth of his two sons, he became involved in the grassroots as a volunteer coach in the local recreational league while coaching High School at his alma mater, Jupiter High School. Chris has been coaching at the youth club level ever since and has been fortunate to coach at the Development Academy level and now MLS Next. Chris is passionate about player development and has found Futsal to be an incredible tool to do just that.
Santiago Figueyra is RSD’s Mental Health Program Leader. Santiago is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and played soccer since he can remember. At his early 20’s he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and soon after accomplished his Ontological Coaching Certification. He worked several years in Human Resources for some of the largest companies in the world, such as Nalco Water and ExxonMobil. A lifelong traveler, he visited over 30 countries and published a novel of his travels. He is currently finishing a degree in psychology specializing in sports.
Sean Connors is Rush Soccer’s Global Goalkeeping Director and he joined Rush Soccer Staff, bringing Goalkeeping Coaching experience from Youth and College levels all across the United States. The Buffalo, NY., native has worked with Washington Rush as the Director of Goalkeeping since 2013 and in spring 2021 was promoted to Director of Soccer. From 2012-2016, Sean coached at Seattle Pacific University for the Women’s Soccer Team. Prior, Sean coached at Humboldt State University in California, and at St. John Fisher College in New York, for both the Men’s and Women’s Soccer Teams.
Kenny Skinner joined the Rush Soccer Development Department in November 2021 under the role of RSD General Manager. Kenny brings many years of being a soccer coach and Technical Director and his position looks to help you find ways to help these programs be used best at your club. Born in the US and raised in South America, Raul Tieffenberg is Rush Soccer’s Performance Analyst and has a wide background in soccer, playing his entire youth and college years in Argentina and Chile till graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. As a coach, he got his Technical Director License in Argentina and worked with different professional coaching staffs as lead analyst, including C.A. Velez Sarsfield, where he worked alongside coaches like Mauricio Pellegrino and Gabriel Heinze. Apart from Rush Soccer’s Performance Analyst, he’s a professional scout.
Pablo Gramaglia is a performance analyst specializing in scouting and data. He has been working in soccer for 20 years and in the last 10 years in First Division Teams in Argentina. Through the years he has supported international teams from Europe, Central America, and South America. Each place plays in a unique way and learning from each one of them has been a great lesson. He is also passionate about education. In these last years, he has taken as many courses as he could and has also had the privilege of being a teacher in the national course “Coach in Argentina” . He lives in Córdoba, Argentina with his wife and daughter.
