Our Initiatives

Networking: We host networking socials at key events to facilitate connections within our community, helping to share knowledge and best practices.
Professional Development: The Rush Women’s Alliance aims to expand the Emerging Coach Program across all Rush clubs, offering professional development workshops, and providing educational scholarships for women in Rush.
Visibility and Promotion: We are committed to increasing the visibility of female professionals within our network. This includes highlights of their achievements across our communications channels and advocating for more women in high-level positions within Rush Soccer.
