The sporting world is becoming increasingly aware of the need to support athletes and coaches in Sports Psychology. Yet, very few organizations have well established programs to address it. In a country in which 75% of athletes quit their sports and disciplines by the age of 14, this might be what your club is needing the most.
Rush Soccer Development’s Sports Psychology Service is oriented not only to the player but to the entire membership and staff of a club.
RSD’s Sports Psychology Service incorporates a Sports Psychologist / High Performance Coach to your staff, who assists your organization in two ways:
Receptive: Every club has a number of sessions per size of the club (only competitive players), that allows them to consume the service as they desire, using these for example for individual consultations were personal tools will be delivered.
Outreaching: Monthly Workshops are delivered by the Sports Psychologist / High Performance Coach. Every club that onboards RSD+ gets a customized Workshop plan designed for their club to assist the membership. Club Directors are the authority approving these tailored plans. Once approved, the RSD+ team executes in full, keeping the club directors informed but not adding any extra work to them.
RSD+ clubs utilize these services in club customized proposals based on a number of tickets available per organization that is proportional to the club size, ensuring a more than generous provision.
Non RSD+ clubs (Rush and non-Rush) still have options to acquire this service, whether it is by requesting specific packages for a team during their season or simply for a one time, specific request. If this is the case for you, contact Sporting Project Director, Pablo Toledo, to request a quote.
