Rush Soccer’s Train @ Home Program provides complementary training for players of all ages in several categories: Ball Skills, Fitness, Game Understanding, Mental Toughness, Goalkeeping, and Nutrition. Players get the opportunity to compete against other Rush players from all over the world, rank in a worldwide leaderboard, and win awards.
The summer 2022 edition of the program will start on August 1st and run for four weeks. It will be pre season time!
During the off-season of the program, players participate in monthly challenges to compliment their on the field team training.
