To master is to be able to control or superiority over someone or something. Practice, practice, practice – it’s going to take a lot of time and repetition. A simple skill needs to be practised for an individual to be able to use it in a complex situation.
Goal: Increase a player’s confidence with the ball by teaching them control of their body and the ball.
And here we are! Last week of our program. Now is time to check how much you improved after working hard and consistently through these weeks. Go through the work out early in the week and finish strong by doing the fitness test. Let us know your results! We are looking forward to knowing how you did!
